The proposals for the development of Withies Green phase 2 land includes 213 new high quality, sustainable homes on a previously undeveloped site on the edge of Keynsham, near Bristol. The masterplan for the site by Clifton Emery Design was conceived as a response to the climate emergency declared by Bath and North East Somerset Council and features a host of sustainable measures, community benefits and best practice in urban design. The scheme aims to deliver an exemplar environmental concept with extensive high-quality green infrastructure forming a strong foundation for that approach.
