COMPLAINTS AND Award DISPUTES

Building with Nature is committed to ensuring that all its activities and those of the Approved Assessor network are appropriate, fair and responsible. Despite this commitment sometimes things can go wrong. When this happens, we encourage customers, Approved Assessors and other individuals to inform us so that we can try and resolve the issue.

We have a set procedure for dealing with complaints and disputes about our service and Award decisions when they do arise to ensure that they are dealt with fairly and appropriately. All complaints, disputes and appeals shall be handled in accordance with this procedure, which can be made available on request, and are dealt with in confidence.

Making a complaint or disputing a Building with Nature Award

Complaints and disputes can be sent using the contact form, emailed to info@buildingwithnature.org.uk or posted to Building with Nature, Conservation Centre, Robinswood Hill Country Park, Reservoir Road, Gloucester, GL4 6SX.

When sending us a complaint or dispute, please tell us whether it is in connection with a service provided by Building with Nature, an Approved Building with Nature Assessor or an Awarded project. Please set out clearly the nature and/or grounds for the complaint or dispute, providing as much detail as possible.

We endeavour to acknowledge receipt of a complaint or the intention to appeal within 5 working days.
