One Lockleaze at Romney House, North Bristol will see the regeneration of a 5.2 ha. brownfield site in to a development of 268 new, higher quality homes, 55% of which will be affordable. Central to the development will be a community park located at the heart of the neighbourhood. This park will form a wildlife corrider from Stoke Park, the neighbouring Grade II Listed historic parkland through to Concorde Way, a walking and cycle route that connects North Bristol to the city centre. Once delivered the proposals will create new, more accessible and diverse green infrastructure provision for future residents and the local community in Lockleaze.
